Amazon names Asurion its preferred provider for protection plans across all consumer and business product categories

Amazon and Asurion team up to make protecting purchases easier than ever.

Nashville, Tenn., June 30, 2023 — As consumers become more selective on spending, Amazon™ is helping shoppers have greater peace of mind when it comes to their purchases. Amazon has selected Asurion as its preferred provider of protection plans across categories ranging from consumer electronics to major appliance products. Asurion gets customers back up and running quickly by repairing, replacing, or even offering an Amazon.com gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the broken product.
